This idea comes from the Crafting Chicks. I love this idea for the kids to fill out for their mom. My little twist to this is changing "mom" for "wife". Also change a few of these questions making it fitting for a husband to fill out for his wife. Question ideas...
* start off each sentence with...I love my wife because...
* Mention sensual & romantic things about your wife
* Nix the how much does she weigh question for sure!!!
Be a little creative and you can really make your wife feel extra special with your "All about my Wife" questionnaire.
